About CMAT

CMAT stands for common management admission test which is taken by the Tribhuvan university to get admission into management courses like BBA, BHM, BBM, BIM, BTTM, BPA and another similar program of management stream. CMAT contain 4 sections i.e.

  • Logical reasoning
  • Quantitative ability
  • Verbal ability
  • General knowledge

Each section consist of 25 marks and full marks is 100 and student get 90 minute to attempt 100 objective questions as per the CMAT pattern. Student must secure 40% marks to pass this test but selection is on made based on merit and quotas. Final admission on desired college is based on CMAT score, group discussion and personal


CMAT Application Process

Step:1: Visit Tribhuvan University Website and open CMAT form

Step:2: Submit Required personal details and documents:

  • Academic Documents (Character certificate-10, Gradesheet-11/12, Admit card-12
  • Passport size photo
  • Payment Voucher/Payment Details (Nrs.1000)
  • Citizenship

Step:3: Select preference college and submit application

Step:4: eceive Admit card for CMAT where center and time is mentioned.

Step:5: Attend CMAT exam with your admit card

Step:6: Waiting for result

Step:7: After result your admission will made based on your group discussion, personal interview and CMAT score.

Step:8: You will get admission in your preference college.
